The problem

Operational and clinical reporting depended on complex data relationships, recurring manual steps, and reliable delivery across several systems.

What I built

SQL-based reporting workflows, Crystal Reports, Power BI outputs, and Microsoft 365 automations connecting forms, SharePoint, and SQL-backed processes.

My contribution

I designed queries, reshaped one-to-many clinical data, developed parameterized reports, diagnosed workflow failures, and translated operational needs into maintainable technical solutions.
